She is an expert in textile innovation, trendscouting, and works with a unique approach to creativity. She has analyzed the creative process of textile innovation at every stage, from conception to execution of the final product. With the mission of creating exceptional quality in every cycle of textile process, Agentex has been founded in 2000 in İstanbul and since then active in Turkey and internationally.
As a textile engineer Rufe Kılınç’s deep knowledge and experience in the sector allowed her to specialize in textile consulting for local and global brands. In addition to conducting seminers about textile production , she also collaborates with ITKIB ( General Secratariat of Istanbul Textile and Apparel Exporter Associations). Fashion manager Esra Aldıkaçtı Aydın has been working as the other partner of the company since 2017.
